I’m taking a much needed vacation to the Southern Hemisphere.

I am looking forward to eating my weight in beef, drinking wine until I think I  am the tango queen, taking in the local scenery, and enjoying some time relaxing in the sun.

I’m in need of a little advice.  Usually I like to travel with a small knitting project in tow.  I have a feeling that I’ll be too busy and preoccupied to work on anything besides when I’m in flight or waiting at the airport.  Do you think it’s worth it to bring something along?  What types of knitting projects do you like to pack with you when you travel?  Alternatively, what books (knitting or otherwise) do you recommend?

See you in a couple of weeks!
